The Juggernaut’s assault causes bad memories of her childhood to surface, rendering Storm weak and unable to fight back.
Back in New York, Xavier hears Storms cries reaching out to him. From her thoughts he sees his X-Men being attacked by the Juggernaut, his stepbrother Cain Marko. Xavier wants Scott to go to Ireland to help the X-Men there. They get into an argument when Scott refuses, stating that Jean is more important to him than the team. Suddenly, Xavier’s mind is bombarded with visions of aliens and promptly collapses.
Back in Ireland, the X-Men put up a hard fight, but are ultimately defeated by the Juggernaut.
